運輸信息

  1. 本店所有貨物將由順豐速遞派送
  2. 可送貨至指定住宅/辦公室地址、順豐自提點或智能櫃(需填寫自提點/智能櫃編號及地址)。
    * 順豐香港於2024年8月5日公告, 由2024年8月6日起，順豐香港SFHK APP取件通知功能將取代SMS短訊形式

    本店建議客人可以安裝順豐APP及開啟手機推送通知，以免錯過快件運送提醒，同時可於順豐香港SFHK APP內實時追蹤快件狀態

  3. 貨品將會在付款確認後起計的3個工作天內寄出。
  4. 部分收貨地區或會有額外運送費用，本公司將不會負責額外的運送費用。
  5. 當遇上惡劣天氣情況︰如雷雨、颱風、暴雨警告或因天氣影響引致交通受阻，送貨時間將有可能停止或延後。
  6. 貨品臨時缺貨會另行通知。
  7. 運送過程中有可能會產生碰撞令到產品外觀受影響，恕風險自負，不設任何退換。
  8. 送貨地址一經確定將不能更改。請客戶確保可以在指定地址收取送貨產品。
